MOTHER'S SMOTHERED PORK CHOPS 
4-5 pork chops
1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. oil
1 cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. milk

Flour, salt, pepper pork chops, then fry with oil in iron skillet until crisp. Drain some oil but leave drippings. Mix milk and soup, then pour over pork chops and simmer for 1/2 hour on low.
