HOLY COW CAKE 
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 jar caramel syrup
1 lg. bowl Cool Whip
2 Heath candy bars (crushed)

Prepare cake as directed on package. Bake in 13x9 inch pan. When cake is done and still hot, poke holes in it. Pour condensed milk over cake. Then pour caramel syrup. Refrigerate. When chilled, spread Cool Whip over cake. Top with the crushed candy bar pieces. Keep cold until ready to serve.
