SPANISH MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
8 pimento stuffed lg. sliced olives
1 med. onion, chopped (1/2 c.)
1/3 c. oats
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix thoroughly; beef, 1/3 cup of sauce and rest of ingredients. Spread in ungreased loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3 inches. Spread remaining tomato sauce over loaf. Bake in 350 degree oven 1 1/4 hours.
