1 can ready to bake biscuits (your choice - the bigger the better)
48 oz. size cooking oil
Heat oil to medium temperature. Open biscuits, one at a time, press flat with hand, then cut in half with sharp knife. Drop each half into hot oil. Cook on both sides until golden brown. Remove and sprinkle sugar over top.
