MEAT LOAF WITH MUSHROOM SAUCE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 c. carrots (grated) (approx. 2 med.)
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. onion (chopped)

Mix all ingredients. Spray pan with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Let stand for 10 minutes. Remove from pan to serving dish, leaving drippings.

MUSHROOM SAUCE:

In saucepan, crush 1 cube bouillon in drippings. Add 1 tablespoon flour. Mix well. Add 1/2 cup sour cream and 1 cup broiled mushroom slices. Heat to boiling. Serve over meat loaf.
