PIE--SUPER DELICIOUS 
1 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
2 tbsp. butter, melted
3 tbsp. sugar
Coffee ice cream
Whipped cream

Mix first 3 ingredients together and press into pie pan. Bake in 425 degree oven for 7 to 10 minutes; watch carefully as it does cook fast! Cool pie crust; then fill with coffee ice cream. Freeze. Spread with whipped cream when ready to serve.
