SHRIMP WITH BOW TIE PASTA 
12 oz. bow tie pasta
3/4 lb. shrimp, cleaned
2 c. fresh broccoli flowerets
6 plum tomatoes, chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 oz. olive oil
3 oz. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. dried basil, crumbled
Salt & pepper to taste
Parmesan, if desired

Prepare pasta and set aside. Saute' garlic in oil, don't burn. Put in shrimp salt and pepper. Cook until shrimp is pink. Add broccoli, tomatoes, basil and saute 2 to 3 minutes. Add broth and saute 6 minutes. Pour over pasta and serve. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
