HAM AND CORN PIE 
2 c. diced, precooked or baked ham
4 c. corn kernels, fresh if possible
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
2 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. melted butter
Pastry for lg. baking dish or two pie pans

Combine ham, corn, eggs, salt, sugar, pepper, flour and butter. Pour into pastry-lined pan and cover with top crust. Slit the top crust to let steam escape. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
