|MAPLE CUSTARD PIE|
1 c. maple syrup
4 c. milk
Unbaked pie crust
Heat milk almost scalding. Add maple syrup and eggs, beaten together until well blended. Pour into 9 inch pie pan lined with unbaked crust. Bake until custard is firm when touched lightly with finger, between 35-40 minutes.
