CURRIED PEAS 
1 can peas
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. curry
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk

Cook onion in butter. Stir in flour, curry and salt. Cook over low heat until bubbly. Stir in milk. Cook until thickened. Add peas, warm through. Serve.
