|SAUSAGE AND SHRIMP CASSEROLE|
1 can French onion soup
1 can beef consomme soup
1 1/2 c. rice
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese sharp (Jack Monterey)
1/2 c. water
1 lb. Polish sausage
1/2 lb. shrimp
Slice sausage about 1/2 inch thick and brown in skillet. In casserole, place rice, soups, water, 1 cup of cheese. Stir. Add sausage and cover. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes in covered casserole.
Remove from oven, place raw shrimp on top of casserole. Add 1/2 cup cheese. Place back in oven for 10 minutes.
