REFRIGERATOR CABBAGE 
1 med. head cabbage
4 carrots
2 red peppers
2 green pepper
2 lg. onions
2 c. vinegar
3 c. sugar
1/4 c. salt
Water

Shred cabbage and carrots. Chop peppers and onion. Soak in water and 1/4 cup salt for 2 hours. Drain well - use hands to squeeze water from cabbage mixture. Mix vinegar and sugar and pour over dry cabbage. Put in containers and store in refrigerator.
