HOLLANDAISE CHICKEN 
6 boneless chicken breasts
1 (15 oz.) can asparagus spears
1 pkg. Knorr Hollandaise mix
1 can sliced mushrooms

Brown chicken, rolled in flour; salt and pepper. Place in Pam-sprayed baking dish. Add mushrooms; add asparagus. Cover with Hollandaise sauce made according to package instructions (8 tablespoons butter, 1 cup milk, plus sauce mix). Cover baking dish. Bake 1/2 hour at 325 degrees. Great with rice!
