PINEAPPLE CREAM CHEESE SANDWICHES 
2 lb. cream cheese, soften
1 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
2 loaves rye bread

Cream the cheese soft. Add pineapple and mix well. Decrust the bread and cut into desired shapes. Spread on bread generously with cheese mixture. Makes about 100 small open face sandwiches.
