SWEDISH THIN BREAD 
1 c. melted butter
1/2 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 to 4 1/2 c. white flour

Mix sugar and buttermilk. Add melted butter. Mix. Add remaining ingredients. Using a small portion of dough at a time, roll very thin with a Scandi rolling pin. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
