1 whole boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 (1 oz.) slices cooked ham
2 (1 oz.) slices Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
Dash of pepper
1 egg
1/4 c. plain bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter

Place one half of chicken between 2 pieces of wax paper and pound to 1/4 inch thick. Repeat on other half. Place one slice ham and one slice of cheese on each half, folding to fit if necessary. Mix next four ingredients in small bowl, set aside. Fold each breast in half. Secure with toothpicks. In small bowl, beat egg until foamy. Place crumbs on wax paper. Coat chicken with flour mixture. Dip in egg, then coat with crumbs. In skillet melt butter over medium heat. Cook chicken 5 to 6 minutes on each side until brown and fork tender. Remove toothpicks. 2 servings.
