3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. milk
1 (15.4 oz.) cream white frosting mix
1 tsp. peppermint extract
In an 8 cup measuring cup or bowl microwave butter and milk 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, just enough to melt the butter. Add frosting mix.
Cook for 2 minutes stirring once or twice. Remove from microwave and add flavoring and coloring.
Drop by teaspoon on wax paper. Make fairly small. Should yield 48 mints.
