LIVER & ONION & MUSHROOM GRAVY 
Beef liver
1 lg. onion
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Salt
Pepper
Flour
Milk

Fry liver (dip in flour) until almost done just to brown flour; remove from pan. Salt and pepper as desired. Place in crock pot; add onion, sliced. Add soup and 2 cans of milk. Cook in crock pot on high 1/2 hour; turn down to low. Cook for 2 hours. Good with mashed potatoes and green beans and rolls.
