JUDIAS BLANCAS 
12 oz. Great Northern beans, dried
1 ham bone or 1/2 lb. diced ham
1 stalk celery, sliced thin
1/4 lb. chorize (sausage), sliced
2 cloves garlic, sliced
2 1/2 qt. water
1/2 lb. pork chops, boned & diced
1 sm. onion, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

Soak beans overnight; drain. In large pot, combine all ingredients; bring to boil, then simmer 2 to 3 hours. Add more water, if necessary.
