4 QT. FREEZER HOMEMADE ICE CREAM 
1 qt. milk
1 qt. half and half
4 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
3 very scant c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Scald milk and half and half. Beat eggs until thick and yellow. Add sugar and flour and mix well. Pour into hot milk mixture, stirring constantly and continue cooking on low heat until it coats a spoon. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Cool and stir in cream slightly whipped. Add milk to desired depth of freezer container. Freeze.
