ITALIAN CHEESE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cut into 12 bite size pieces
2 tbsp. salad oil
3 tbsp. flour
12 to 15 oz. Italian sauce
4 c. cooked rice

Mix the first 6 ingredients in bowl. Form meatballs around the 12 pieces of cheese. Coat meatballs lightly in flour and brown in oil on all sides. Drain grease. Add sauce, bring to boil, and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
