CHEWY BROWNIES WITH MARSHMALLOW
TOPPING
 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. plain flour
1 tbsp. vanilla

Cream butter, sugar, and eggs. Add cocoa, flour, and vanilla. Blend quickly; pour into greased pan. Sprinkle with nuts, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. While brownies are still hot, dump 1 bag miniature marshmallows over top.

Stir over low heat to melt: 1 box powdered sugar 3 tbsp. cocoa 1/3 c. milk or cream

Pour over marshmallows and allow to cool completely before cutting.
