CHICKEN FRITO CASSEROLE 
1 boiled chicken (fryer)
1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1/4 c. water
2 c. chicken broth
1 lg. pkg. Fritos

Take chicken off bones. Put a layer of Fritos in bottom of baking dish then a layer of chicken and some broth over each layer of Fritos. When dish is filled, cover with soup and cook at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Add black pepper on top, if desired.
