POLISH POTATO SOUP 
6 lg. potatoes, cubed
1 onion, diced
2 qt. sausage water
1/2 lb. Polish sausage, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
1 c. sour cream
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Cook sausage in 2 quarts water. Remove sausage from pan and cook potatoes, onion and celery in sausage water for 20 to 30 minutes. Mix sour cream, flour, salt and pepper in bowl until smooth. Gradually add some hot sausage water to make a thin mixture. When smooth, pour into soup mixture to which the diced sausage has been added and simmer 1/2 hour.
