MISH MOSH 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 can stewed tomatoes
1-2 c. uncooked macaroni
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
1 c. spaghetti or barbecue sauce
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Garlic powder and pepper to taste

Brown beef in a large skillet. Drain off fat and add the rest of the ingredients. Cook, covered, until the macaroni is done, stirring occasionally. You can add any vegetable you wish. This is good for leftover vegetables.
