COLD PEA SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can peas, drained
2 tbsp. chopped green peppers
2 tbsp. chopped celery
1 tsp. pimientos, chopped
1 tsp. onion
2 tbsp. diced cheese
1 tbsp. pickle relish
1 hard cooked egg, diced
1 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise

Drain peas. In a salad bowl combine the next 6 ingredients and mix well. Add peas, egg and mayonnaise and mix gently. Chill.
