CHAD STUART'S LEMON-ORANGE CAKE 
1 Duncan Hines lemon supreme cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
3/4 c. cold water
3/4 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs

LEMON GLAZE:

2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. milk
1/4 tsp. oil
Juice of lemon

Disregard package instructions. Mix cake mix and dry Jello; then add water, oil and eggs. Mix until smooth. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Insert toothpick in center if it comes out clean, cake is done. Remove from oven, poke holes in cake immediately with poultry nail. Saturate cake with lemon glaze. Blend sugar, milk and lemon juice and oil all together until smooth. Spread on hot cake. The mixture will penetrate the cake and form a glaze on top.
