3 lbs. pig ears - whole or halves
2 tbsp. pickling spice
3 tbsp. red crushed pepper
2 tbsp. vinegar
Put pig ears in large pot - cover with water. Add all ingredients to pot. Let cook on medium heat about 2 hours or until meat is tender. Serves eight.
