GROUND BEEF AND VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 or 2 lb. ground beef, lean
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 chopped bell pepper
1 can mushroom soup
1 can tomato paste
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked as directed
1 box frozen tater tots
Salt
Pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Put salt, pepper, and dry mustard on ground beef. Place in frying pan with small amount of oil. Add onions. Fry until red is out of meat. Dip out of oil and place in large bowl. Add all other ingredients except tater tots. Pour into casserole. Then place tater tots on top and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
