BETTY'S CRAB IMPERIAL 
1 lb. crab meat
2 tbsp. onions
1/3 green pepper, chopped
2 pimentos, chopped
1 tbsp. dry mustard
Worcestershire sauce
Hot sauce
2 tbsp. sherry
Mayonnaise - grease dish, some on top, then paprika
1 egg
1/2 tsp. white pepper
Salt

Bake in dish or half shells at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

CRAB IMPERIAL HORS D'OEUVRES:

Instead of baking in dish, make little balls. Roll in bread crumbs and deep fry.
