PEAR RELISH 
2 1/2 c. peeled and ground pears
1 c. ground white onions
1 c. ground green peppers

Drain excess juice from pears as it accumulates while grinding. Put all in container and cover with:

1 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 c. white sugar
Dash of salt

Mix well and bring to a boil. Cook 30 minutes. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
