CAROLINA COLESLAW 
1 lb. cabbage (about 3 lbs.)
1 med. green pepper
1 med. sweet onion

Chop or shred the above.

DRESSING:

1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seeds
1 c. cider vinegar
2/3 c. oil

Heat until sugar is dissolved. Pour over cabbage, pepper and onion while hot. Refrigerate.
