EASY BUTTER BISCUITS 
1 stick butter (butter)
2 c. flour, self-rising
Enough milk to make soft dough

Cut butter into flour until butter is size of peas. (Frozen butter cut into pieces works best.) Add milk and stir. Turn out on floured surface. Roll out; place on greased cookie sheet (or spray pan with Pam spray). Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
