EASY FRUIT-TOPPED CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 sm. container Cool Whip
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs

Mix first 3 ingredients; set aside. Mix last 3 ingredients well. Put into pie pan and press evenly around. Pour cheesecake mixture into crust. Bake for 8 minutes on 350 degrees.

Put topping of choice on after it has cooled. (You may put cherry topping on before you bake it.)
