GLAZED SAUSAGES 
4 lbs. sm. smoked sausages
1 (12 oz.) can pinepple juice
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. powdered mustard

Combine all ingredients except sausage to make glaze. Cook until bubbly, stirring frequently. Add sausages. Reduce heat and cook approximately 1 1/2 hours. Pour off most of sauce when ready to serve. Serves 18.
