RASPBERRY FILLED BARS 
1 c. brown sugar, packed
3/4 c. butter, softened
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 jar (10-20 oz.) red raspberry jam (about 1 c.)

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease rectangular pan 13x9x2.

Mix brown sugar and butter in large bowl. Stir in flour, oats, salt and baking soda until crumbly. Press half of mixture evenly in bottom of pan. Spread jam over mixture. Top with remaining crumbly mixture, pressing lightly. Bake 20-25 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool. Cut into bars.
