HOT GARLIC DILLS 
2 qts. water
1 qt. vinegar
1 c. salt

Pack firm cucumbers in jar. Add sprig of dill, red pepper and garlic clove. Pour boiling vinegar solution over cucumbers and seal. Makes three to four weeks to make. Store in dark places.
