PINEAPPLE SHEET CAKE 
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 box yellow cake mix
8 oz. Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. milk
Coconut, nuts & cherries

Make cake as directed on box adding the crushed pineapple to batter. Cook cake on a greased cookie sheet. When done, let cake cool. Put pudding mix in a bowl with a cup of milk, let stand for 5 minutes. Whip cream cheese with Cool Whip and beat well. Add pudding mixture to cream cheese mixture; mix well. Then spread cream cheese mixture on top of cake. Sprinkle coconut, nuts and cherries on top.
