ARTICHOKE NIBBLERS 
2 jars marinated artichoke hearts
1 sm. chopped onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 eggs
1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbsp. minced parsley

Saute onion and garlic in small amount of marinade. Drain rest of marinade from jars. Mix eggs, crumbs and seasonings together; then stir in the grated cheese, parsley, chopped onion mixture and chopped artichokes. Bake in greased 7 x 11 inch pan, 30-45 minutes at 325 degrees.

Serves 6-8.
