EASY REFRIGERATOR CUCUMBERS 
7 c. thin sliced cucumbers (unpeeled)
1 onion, sliced
1 green pepper, cut in rings

Put 2 tablespoons salt over all and let set one hour. Stir often. Cover with water and drain well.

2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed

Heat until sugar dissolves. Pour over cucumbers. You may add pimientos. Keep in jar or covered container in refrigerator. May be used after 24 hours and will last six weeks.
