BAKED PARMESAN PORK CHOPS 
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. coarse cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. parmesan cheese
Salt & Pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 beaten egg
2 tbsp. milk
6 pork chops

Coat 9 x 13 inch pan with butter. Mix dry ingredients. Mix egg and milk. Coat chops with crumbs, then egg mixture, then crumbs. Arrange in pan.

Bake at 325F for 30 minutes, turn chops bake 30 minutes longer.
