BAKED PARMESAN PORK CHOPS 
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. coarse cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. parmesan cheese
Salt & Pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 beaten egg
2 tbsp. milk
6 pork chops

Coat 9 x 13 inch pan with butter. Mix dry ingredients. Mix egg and milk. Coat chops with crumbs, then egg mixture, then crumbs. Arrange in pan.

Bake at 325°F for 30 minutes, turn chops bake 30 minutes longer.
