PICK-UP CHICKEN STICKS 
3 lb. chicken wings, about 25
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground ginger (optional)

Cut off and discard wing tips. Divide each wing in half by cutting through the joint. Wash and drain on paper towel. Melt butter in large shallow pan. Mix flour, sesame seeds and salt. Roll chicken pieces first in butter, than in flour mixture. Set aside on sheets of waxed paper. Arrange in single layer in same pan. Bake until tender and golden. Put under broiler 3 to 5 minutes, until crisp. Preparation: 1 hour. Serves: 10 to 12.
