CHOCOLATE AND PEANUT BUTTER LAYER
FUDGE
 
3 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 c. marshmallow creme
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanut butter

Combine 1 1/2 cups sugar, 6 tablespoons butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil stirring constantly. Boil over medium heat 5 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir until blended. Stir in 1 cup of the marshmallow creme and stir until blended. Pour into a buttered 13x9 inch pan.

Repeat recipe for peanut butter layer by omitting chocolate and vanilla and stirring in 1 cup of peanut butter before stirring in the other cup of marshmallow creme. Pour on top of chocolate layer, smooth. Cool. Cut into squares. Yields 3 pounds.
