YUMMY CHOCOLATE AND PEANUT BUTTER
BALLS
 
2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. instant nonfat dry milk
2 c. crunchy peanut butter
6 tbsp. water
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips (or 1-12 oz. bag)
Chocolate sprinkles

Mix confectioners' sugar and dry milk. Add peanut butter, water and chocolate chips. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll balls in chocolate sprinkles until coated. Refrigerate until firm (30 minutes). Makes approximately 60.
