BAKED ORANGE LAMB STEAKS 
2 lamb steaks, trimmed of excess fat and cut into halves
1 tsp. salt
2 med. oranges, sliced
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves, optional
1 tsp. dried mint flakes
1/4 c. melted butter

Arrange lamb in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with salt. Top with orange slices. Combine all other ingredients and pour over lamb and orange slices. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for about 40 minutes, basting often.
