BREAKFAST PIE 
1 (9-inch) pie crust
1/2 lb. sausage
3 or 4 slices American cheese
1 c. sharp cheese, shredded
4 eggs
1/3 c. milk

Line pie crust with sliced cheese. Scramble sausage; cook and drain. Put on top of cheese slices and put shredded cheese on top of sausage. Beat eggs and milk, pour over sausage/cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until brown.
