NIGHT BEFORE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
12 slices day old bread, cut in cubes
3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 lb. breakfast sausage
6 beaten eggs
3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup

In large casserole pan layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese. Mix together and pour into casserole the eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Dilute one can cream of mushroom soup with 1/4 cup water and spread over all. Refrigerate overnight.

Next morning, place casserole inside a slightly larger pan of water, such as broiler pan. Bake about one hour at 350 degrees.
