4 c. halved strawberries
1 pkg. sugar free strawberry Jello
1 pkg. cook & serve sugar free vanilla Jello pudding
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lite cream cheese, room temperature
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. water
Equal sweetener to taste
2 tbsp. Cool Whip lite

Line bottom of 9" pie plate with halved strawberries; set aside. Mix pudding with 2 cups water and bring to boil. Add Jello gelatin to pudding (dry) after pudding comes to a boil. Mix thoroughly and pour over strawberries in pie plate. Put mixture in refrigerator and chill until completely set.

Mix cream cheese, vanilla and Cool Whip. Blend thoroughly at room temperature. Add 1 to 2 packages of Equal. Spread over pie mixture and chill 1 hour. Very low calorie. Strawberries may be substituted for any fresh or canned fruit. Use same flavor Jello as fruit you use.
