1/2 stick butter
6 apples, peeled, cored, sliced 1/4 inch thick
3/4 c. brown sugar
Melt 1/2 stick butter over medium heat in skillet. Peel, core and slice apples. Add to skillet with 3/4 cup brown sugar. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon. Fry until tender.
