BEST BAR-B-QUE SAUCE 
1/4 c. chopped onion (cooked in hot fat until tender)
1 1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp. mustard

Combine in pan. Simmer all ingredients 20 minutes. Sauce is now ready to use.
